How GBStays works

Yes. When you book, we create a free guest account. Choose Reserve as guest (no password yet) or Create account with a password. You can also register or log in first.

• You can set a password later with Forgot password
• Your stays are under My Bookings

Search with your dates and guests, open a hotel, pick a free room type, and finish the form.

• Some hotels confirm right away
• Others wait for the hotel (usually up to 30 minutes)

Open Forgot password on the log-in page and enter your email. If we have that account, we send a reset link (check spam).

• The link works for one hour, and only once
• Already logged in? Change password from Account

Log in and open Account. Change your name and phone there. Hotels use your phone to reach you about the stay.

No. There is no card form on the website. You send a small advance to GBStays (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank), then pay the rest at the hotel when you arrive.

There is no card fee. GBStays holds your advance, then either returns it (if you cancel in time) or sends it to the hotel after you stay.

Yes. From My Bookings, cancel before check-in if the booking is still waiting or confirmed. Those dates become free for others.

• 24 hours or more before check-in → full advance back (if GBStays already received it)
• Later cancel, but you tell us → half back
• No message / you do not arrive → advance is not returned

GBStays staff process the refund after you cancel. Your booking page shows the free-cancel timer.

When you search with check-in and check-out dates, you see what is free right now. Always search with your real dates before you assume a room is free.

Rooms are sold night by night. Without dates, we cannot show which rooms are free.

A checked local person who drives and guides your trip. Browse profiles and send a request. This is not a hotel booking and does not hold a room.

Open Driver + guides, pick a place or profile, and send a request. They will contact you. You do not pay that trip on GBStays.
